itvZERT’s personal certification<\/strong> is based on the IT Value Management Institute’s five-level system<\/strong> (5-Level-Certification-System<\/strong>) for the qualification and certification of IT Value Management personnel. The five levels define areas of application and functional areas in IT value management practice.
